Jane’s Secret Celebrate Lit Book Tour

Jane’s Secret by author Jennifer E. Tirrell is a split time Christian novel. The two stories are medieval (16th century) and contemporary time. There are mysteries, faith, history, hardship, love, and family legacy.

I was immediately invested in both era stories. They meshed well and had me guessing. The Christian theme throughout the book was just beautiful. Faith was front and center along with Jesus. In fact, the steps to salvation are listed in the beginning of the novel. Very few books do this, and I was impressed.

The writing is done exceptionally well. There are twists and turns that provided surprises. All of the characters were believable and realistic. 

There are discussion questions at the end of the book. Book clubs will benefit from choosing this as a selection. There is so much to talk about.

I really enjoyed this novel and highly recommend it. It gets a 5 star rating from me. A copy was provided by Celebrate Lit and these are my honest words.
